Our turnaround time will be up to 3-5 business days excluding shipping  (unless custom, then it depends upon the item) and we strive to have them out faster. During holiday rush times this is subject to change. When products are posted, we are very open regarding our turnaround time. Please remember custom items are made as received and do require a little time to create.

We ship via USPS and UPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Priority and UPS are available at an additional cost.
